Thanks go to the owners of the Briery Mountain Lodge for their kindness in allowing us to use the facility, and to Nancy Teeter and her daughter, Audrey, who provided sumtuous, home-cooked meals.
On Sept. 30, the chapter conducted a JAKES BB-gun competition and gun safety seminar. It invited a local WEBLO Cub Scout group and another Cub pack to attend.
Lloyd Tidings of Annapolis presented a spectacular snake show.
Our chapter hosted the NWTF booth at the Buck Fever Show in Howard County during the last weekend in July.
Though the temperature never fell below the mid- 90s, we were able to garner nine regular memberships and four JAKES memberships.
At the September meeting of the State Chapter, Tracy Ford was slated as the incoming president and Chuck Lewis Sr. nominated to continue as Member-At-Large.
