Dang I figured this thing out. This is the one I let walk yesterday afternoon. Him and a doe messed around my stand for over a half an hour. Got lots of video of him and her. Rut must be about to kick in. ss [This message has been edited by shortspurs (edited November 09, 2006).] [This message has been edited by shortspurs (edited November 09, 2006).] [This message has been edited by shortspurs (edited November 09, 2006).] IP: 69.66.85.46 |

Had a nice one go by this evening but he didn't get close enough for an arrow. the second one by was a huge deer but only half a rack. He didn't get close enough either. Then I screwed up on the camera and all I got was pictures of the small ones. One of then a six pointer walked under the stand. Get to go again tomorrow afternoon. Going to try to wack a turkey in the morning. Good luck and good hunting. ssIP: 69.66.85.46 |

Our woods are now full of freshly dropped, dry leaves. Really crunchy! But it's started to rain lightly, so maybe, in the morning, they will be damp enough to cover-up an old guy's stumbling-about in the dark. Best of luck to all deer hunters this fall. And if you have more than enough for your family, don't forget to donate a little to the needy. And thanks, Kodiak IP: 216.106.36.119 |

Nasty morning this morning. Wind and rain ran us off early. Busted one off of the roost on the way in too. Should have been more there. But did hear any or see any. Get to hunt another day. LOL Good luck tomorrow Kodiak and Mo. Good hunting ssIP: 69.66.85.46 |
